Can I be hypnotised?

What will my session be like?

We will begin by discussing your needs, followed by a gentle relaxation process to induce the receptive hypnotic state whereby the therapy will take place. Following this we will discuss the session to allow the experience to be fully integrated. You will remember everything that has taken place.
